About Me
Hello! My name is Rob Henry – My most recent job was for a major Asset Management Company (AMC). We were swimming in bpos there for awhile, and I got A LOT of valuable experience. My main focus was to assign out, follow up, and then audit/review bpos for many of the major lenders across the country. I was the main client contact for many of these lenders, which means I worked directly with VPs, asset managers, and other important people on a DAILY BASIS. So I have a unique insight that I will share in this blog. Hopefully you find it interesting… if so, stop back often!
I created this site to help answer questions and do what I can to help others – I love real estate and I love talking about it. Not just BPOs, but all aspects – short sales, REOs, financing, investing, I love it all.
My expertise includes the following fields:
- BPOs/REOs
- Mortgage Lending
- Foreclosures
- Property Valuations
- Real Estate Investing
Feel free to comment, ask questions, and provide feedback on my posts. I’m new to this blogging thing so I’d love to hear what you have to say. Once I’m up & running, I will be updating this blog regularly 2 to 3 times a week.
Oh, and if you like what you see, please subscribe using one of the links at the top right portion of this page.
Thanks!
-Rob

By Rob H., June 23, 2010 @ 10:25 pm
Well of course Old Republic!
Others that seem to “get it” are Clear Capital, PCV Murcor, Mark to Market, Landsafe, and Goodman Dean.

I love the fact that we now have a more “hands on ” place to go when we need to just “talk it out”.
Keep up the good work!

We are agents with a high volume looking for help with our BPOS. We do not get them direct.
IF you are hired you will go through a probationary period where your turn time and understanding of BPOs will be closely monitored. During this probationary period your turn time MUST BE 24 hours.

This is normally a real estate investor who is wanting BPO agents for their short sale investing – it really depends on how much business they have…I have a friend with a real estate course that uses this technique to meet agents – then they will want you to give them their “lowball” values so their short sale offers get approved. I’m not saying that’s what this ad is, however it’s worth investigating.

Might be an institutional investor that has a huge portfolio.
I was thinking maybe just investors that want agents to check out properties that they’re looking to make offers on, but they tossed in the term BPO — kind of threw me off..

Could be true Brooks…hard to say really but maybe he’ll comment back and let us know how it turned out.

Summit evaluations owes me money for BPO done in 7/2010. Can not get a response from them.
Any ideas as to what is going on?
By RobH, November 5, 2010 @ 9:25 am
I haven’t heard any feedback on them – I did a google search on them – I see a couple links about them, it appears some other agents had some trouble getting paid too but it seems that they do pay eventually.

Thanks much. -C

Charlene, my list is nationwide so I’m not sure how many will be in the northeast – but you should find plenty of companies that will work out. Check your email.
