Why My Blog is Different


I’ve worked for one of the largest asset management companies out there, and I see the BPO/REO business from an “insider’s” perspective.

I’ve talked with thousands of agents – some I’ve even gotten to know well. What that means to you is that I know what questions you have, I know what frustrations you have, and I feel that I can provide a unique insight that isn’t available anywhere else.

Here’s a breakdown of the areas I’ve serviced and how I might be able to help you with your questions:

  • Assigning BPOs – insight into how this process works
  • Statusing BPOs – why do they call you so much?
  • Auditing BPOs – what are they looking for?
  • REO Listings – what’s the relationship between BPOs and REO listings?

By the way, I am not a professional blogger. In fact, I just started in February 2010 so I’m still learning. Sometimes, you will disagree with what I post, and other times a topic will cause a light bulb to go off in your head. Hopefully that happens a lot! Everything I post is my opinion only, based on the knowledge I have from the industry. Either way, I hope you enjoy my posts and I would appreciate your comments/feedback on my posts.

    I just started today reading your blog today keep up the good work you are doing fine.I would like to know where can I find a completed BPO for practice purpose?
